Adrian 'Grating' 60 Denier Argyle-Pattern Opaque Tights for Men
[Adrian 'Grating' 60 Den Opaques]
Nicely made tights. When I got them out of the packet I thought I had ordered the wrong size as they looked so small, but they stretch like anything. Very comfortable, and warm on an Autumn day. Nicely opaque, the black areas appear to be about a 20-D weight, and the lighter areas noticeably thicker, and totally opaque. There is lots of texture where the lighter parts of the pattern appear, a transverse ribbed effect, which I think is a nice effect. They look almost like black tights with the argyle pattern embroidered on top. A few loose threads at the edges of the lighter areas can be seen, and the knit of the tights causes the diagonal lines to appear slightly jagged when looking closely, otherwise would have been 5*, but if someone is looking that closely at your legs you are probably not worrying about this issue. Got a lot of attention when I wore them with shorts, not surprisingly. They give little in the way of compression, and I haven't tried them for glide under long trousers: They look so good, I wouldn't waste them that way! I will be buying a pair in blue when I send my next order in.
